It began in 2016 with founder Jonas Tučinskas, whose love for wool, tradition, and natural living shaped every fiber of the brand. His vision turned wool into warmth, and craftsmanship into something deeply personal. Over the years, Vilnos Manufaktūros AlkaWool became known for its dedication to quality, authenticity, and sustainable production — offering handmade blankets, bedding, sauna accessories, and felted goods made with care.

In 2025, I stepped into this story—not as an outsider, but as a long-time customer who had already felt the comfort and care of Alkawool’s work. Now at the helm, I carry forward this beautiful legacy with the same respect for nature, quality, and slow, honest making.
